The former municipality of Old Hamilton is part of the city of Hamilton, Ontario.


Physically active house buyers will welcome the pedestrian-friendly character of Old Hamilton; many daily errands can be run without the use of a vehicle. On the other hand, cycling is at times difficult in this part of the city because this former municipality has a sometimes poor bicycling infrastructure, and cyclists are faced with a significant amount of slopes.
