Character

This area is quiet overall, as there are generally low levels of noise from traffic - however noise can be bothersome around Red Hill Valley Parkway, Queen Elizabeth Way or one of the railway lines. Finally, there are over 50 parks close by for residents to explore, which makes them easy to reach from the majority of locations within this part of the city.

Housing

Around 80% of the population of this former municipality own their home and the remainder are renters. Single detached homes and row houses are the predominant housing type in this area.
