Part of the Metro Vancouver metropolitan area, Town Centre is a neighbourhood within Coquitlam, British Columbia.


Town Centre offers property owners several alternative methods of transportation. The public transit service in Town Centre is fairly good. For example, the closest rapid transit station, including Lincoln Station, Coquitlam Central Station and Lafarge Lake - Douglas Station on the Millennium Skytrain, is commonly close by from the bulk of residences in the neighbourhood. There are about 20 bus lines crossing the neighbourhood, and bus stops are usually nearby. A majority of the homes for sale in this area are located in places that are also quite well-suited for those who travel by foot; meeting daily needs is convenient. Town Centre is conducive to biking since the cycling network is very good.


It is very often practical for home buyers in Town Centre to buy general and specialty groceries by walking. Moreover, there is often a restaurant or cafe just around the corner. Regarding education, it is a short walk to get to schools and daycares from any location in Town Centre.


Town Centre is a good neighbourhood to buy a home in for those who prefer a slower-paced ambience.
