Situated in the Metro Vancouver metropolitan area, Ranch Park is a neighbourhood within Coquitlam, British Columbia.

Transportation

This neighbourhood presents homeowners with the choice between different modes of transportation. Thanks to Coquitlam Central Station with access to the Wce | West Coast Express, and a few nearby bus lines, the public transit service in Ranch Park is fairly good. This neighbourhood is also a fairly convenient part of Coquitlam for pedestrians; many day-to-day errands can be run on foot. Although there are a fair number of bike lanes, getting around by bicycle is difficult in Ranch Park because riding is rendered arduous by the typically sloping terrain.

Services

In Ranch Park, parents and their children will generally be able to get to primary schools and daycares by walking. In contrast, this part of the city does not contain any high schools. As far as eating is concerned, both general and specialty grocery stores are ordinarily accessible within a reasonably short walk from most properties for sale in Ranch Park.
