The neighbourhood of Austin Heights can be found in the city of Coquitlam, British Columbia, which is situated in the Metro Vancouver metropolitan area.


This area is a fairly pleasant part of Coquitlam for pedestrians; running daily errands is easy on foot. On the other hand, biking is at times difficult in this part of Coquitlam since riding a bicycle is made strenuous by the typically steep terrain. Nevertheless, the bicycling network is good. This area is not an especially pleasant part of Coquitlam for moving around by public transit. Thankfully, house owners are served by a few bus lines, and it is very easy to find a nearby bus stop from most residences. However, driving is often the best approach to get around in this part of the city. Nearby highways are quite easy to reach from anywhere in this neighbourhood, and it is convenient to access a parking spot.


A grocery store is typically reachable within a very short walk from anywhere in Austin Heights. Likewise, there is commonly a restaurant or cafe in close proximity. In terms of education, it is a short walk to reach daycares and schools from most houses for sale in this part of Coquitlam.


People who prefer a slower-paced ambience will enjoy Austin Heights. This area is quiet, as there isn't a lot of street noise or city clamour. Lastly, parks are very easy to get to since there are a few of them close by for residents to visit.
