For instance, it is easy to reach a nearby rapid transit station, such as Yonge / Steeles on the blue | VIVA BLUE, from most properties in the neighbourhood. The neighbourhood is connected by around 10 bus lines, and most homes are very close to a bus stop. This area will also draw physically active house buyers because it is reasonably suitable for those who travel by foot; many common errands can be run without the use of a car, and many businesses are nearby.
