Grandview will attract house buyers that use several methods of transportation. With Yonge / Steeles with access to the blue | VIVA BLUE, and around 10 nearby bus lines, Grandview is reasonably transit friendly. Grandview will also attract physically active home buyers because it is well-suited for walking; many daily needs can be carried out by walking, and numerous businesses are quite nearby. It is difficult to get around by bike in this area as cyclists are faced with a considerable amount of hills, and there are few bike lanes.


A general and a specialty grocery store is always only a rather short walk away in Grandview.
