Transportation

It is easy for people walking to navigate this neighbourhood; meeting day-to-day needs is convenient. In contrast, biking is challenging in this neighbourhood because there is a significant amount of elevation changes, and the cycling infrastructure is rather poor. Getting around by public transit is occasionally difficult in this part of Kitchener. Nonetheless, there are a few bus lines, and the nearest bus stop is generally very close. However, this neighbourhood is an extraordinarily good part of Kitchener for moving around by car. It is especially convenient to find a place to park, and it is a very short drive to the closest highway, such as Highway 7, from any home in this area.

Services

Both primary and secondary schools are convenient to get to on foot from most houses for sale in Northward. However, there are only a few daycares and thus they can be a long walk away. With regards to food, it is often feasible for home buyers in this part of the city to do grocery shopping on foot. Likewise, a restaurant is often just around the corner.

Character

Despite the somewhat busy feel, there are a lot of green spaces to enjoy in Northward.
