Rosedale is a neighbourhood within Toronto, Ontario, which is located in the Greater Toronto Area metropolitan area.


Rosedale permits house buyers to move around by a variety of means of transportation. Rosedale is especially transit friendly thanks to many nearby rapid transit stations on the Bloor - Danforth Line and Yonge - University Line, and a few nearby bus lines. Physically active people will also enjoy the very walk-friendly nature of this area; all daily errands can be run on foot, and there are also a fair number of businesses nearby. Rosedale is very appropriate for cycling as there are a large number of bike lanes.


Schools and daycares are very easy to reach on foot from any location in Rosedale. In terms of eating, it is straightforward to get to both a general and a specialty grocery store by walking from most properties for sale in Rosedale. Likewise, owing to 40-odd restaurants and cafes in this area, there is typically a spot to get some food or drink just around the corner.
