Regardless of the medium of transportation, it is easy to move around in Old Oakville. With a few nearby bus lines, the public transit system in Old Oakville is accessible. Walking is also reasonably practical for property owners in this area; most daily needs are convenient to carry out on foot. Moving around by bicycle is challenging in this area as riding is rendered strenuous by the typically hilly topography, and there are few bike lanes.
