Transportation

Blundell is rather suitable for those who like to get around by walking; many common errands can be run without a vehicle. Blundell is also moderately appropriate for biking because there are a limited number of hills for cyclists to brave. Blundell is a fairly convenient part of Richmond for driving. It is easy to find a place to park. In contrast, Blundell is not very transit friendly. Thankfully, homeowners benefit from a few bus lines, and it is very easy to reach a nearby bus stop from most properties.

Services

It is convenient to get to the nearest supermarket by foot in Blundell. Additionally, this neighbourhood is a good place in which to eat out or go to a cafe. In terms of education, it is a reasonably short stroll to access schools and daycares from most homes for sale in Blundell.

Character

Blundell is a very good neighbourhood to buy a home in for those who prefer a relaxed ambience. This part of Richmond is very quiet overall, as there isn't a lot of street noise or city clamour.
