Part of the Metro Vancouver metropolitan area, Ardingley-Sprott is a neighbourhood within Burnaby, British Columbia.

Transportation

This neighbourhood will draw house buyers that appreciate a variety of modes of transportation. Thanks to various nearby rapid transit stations with access to the Millennium Line, and a few nearby bus lines, Ardingley-Sprott has reasonably good public transit service. However, getting around by walking is not very popular in Ardingley-Sprott, although running daily errands is easy without a vehicle. Ardingley-Sprott is moderately bicycling-friendly because the cycling network is reasonably comprehensive. The preferred approach to move around in Ardingley-Sprott is very often driving. Coming across a place to park is generally easy, and many properties for sale are a rather short car ride from the closest highway, such as Trans-Canada Highway.

Services

Families will value that wherever their house is situated in Ardingley-Sprott, primary schools and daycares are nearby.
