Transportation

This neighbourhood offers house buyers the choice between a variety of means of transportation. This area is transit friendly. More specifically, residents are served by a few bus lines, and bus stops are not very far from most houses. Deer Lake will also attract physically active home buyers because it is convenient for walking; many day-to-day needs can be carried out on foot. Deer Lake is not very amenable to cycling as there are a limited number of bike lanes, and cyclists encounter quite a few slopes.

Services

It is frequently practical for property owners in this area to purchase general and specialty groceries by walking. Likewise, those who like to eat in restaurants will have a fair number of choices.
