Central City will draw physically active house buyers because it is reasonably well-suited for walking; many common errands can be run on foot. This part of the city is not very transit friendly. Thankfully, there are about 20 bus lines passing through the sector, and bus stops are not very far away from most homes. On the other hand, driving is a fairly good transportation option in Central City. Coming across a parking spot is quite easy.


Daycares and primary schools are convenient to get to on foot from anywhere in Central City. However, there are no high schools in this part of Kelowna. At the elementary level, there are both public and private schools. Regarding food, it is typically practical for home buyers in Central City to purchase groceries by walking. Furthermore, there are a fair number of options for those who appreciate nearby restaurants and cafes. Residents benefit from a fair number of clothing stores within walking distance.


Central City offers a relaxed ambience and will appeal to those who enjoy spending time in green spaces. This part of Kelowna is quiet, as the streets are generally tranquil - although there are still several louder sections, especially near the railway line. Lastly, there are approximately 30 green spaces nearby for residents to relax in, resulting in them being very easy to get to from most locations in the sector.
