The sector of Central City is part of the city of Kelowna, British Columbia, which is situated in the Greater Kelowna metropolitan area.


This area will attract active home buyers because it is quite suitable for those who travel by foot; many common errands can be run without the use of a vehicle. The public transit system in this sector is not very accessible. Thankfully, property owners benefit from about 20 bus lines, and it is especially convenient to get to a nearby bus stop from most residences. However, this area is quite car friendly. Accessing a place to park is easy.


The closest supermarket in Central City is usually only a short walk away. In addition, those who like to dine in restaurants will have a fair number of opportunities, and a limited selection of cafes can be found as well. Concerning education, daycares and primary schools are easy to access on foot from most properties for sale in Central City. However, Central City does not have any high schools.


Central City is a fairly good sector to buy a house in for those who prefer a calm environment. This part of Kelowna is quiet, as there are generally low levels of noise from traffic.
