Transportation

Driving is a very good medium of transportation in this part of the city. It is very convenient to park, and the majority of real estate listings are a reasonably short drive from the closest highway. On the other hand, travelling by transit can be at times challenging in Lakeview-Mayfield as a result of the infrequent service. Thankfully, residents are served by a few bus lines, and bus stops are usually a short walk away. Walking in Lakeview-Mayfield is not very popular, even though running day-to-day errands is convenient on foot. This neighbourhood is also not very appropriate for biking because cyclists are faced with a considerable amount of slopes, and the bicycling network is rather limited.
