This neighbourhood is a fairly pleasant part of Mont-Royal for pedestrians; many daily errands can be run without needing a vehicle, and plenty of businesses are moderately close at hand. Connaught Park will also appeal to physically active home buyers since it is fairly suited for bicycling. For instance, bicycling is facilitated by the generally flat terrain. Thanks to a multitude of rapid transit stations with access to the Ligne 5 - Bleue and Ligne 2 - Orange, and about 40 nearby bus lines, Connaught Park features a good public transit network. Driving is also a good medium of transportation in this part of Mont-Royal. It is easy to park, and it is a short drive to the nearest highway, such as Autoroute Décarie, from anywhere in this neighbourhood.
