Pointe Marion

Part of the Greater Montreal metropolitan area, Pointe Marion is a neighbourhood within Dorval, Quebec.


Driving is a great transportation option in this part of the city. Nearby highways, such as Autoroute de la Côte-de-Liesse, are very easy to access from any home in Pointe Marion, and it is convenient to park. The fairly good public transit access allows people to get to many destinations without needing a car thanks to a few nearby bus lines. Although cyclists do not encounter significant hills, this part of the city is not very conducive to bicycling as the cycling infrastructure is quite bad. Walking is also not particularly practical for property owners in Pointe Marion since running common errands is sometimes challenging by walking.


Property owners in Pointe Marion will be pleased to learn that a grocery store is always only a short walk away. Moreover, a coffee shop is commonly just around the corner, for instance on Avenue Dorval, and residents of Pointe Marion are served by approximately 10 restaurants as well.
