Part of the Greater Toronto Area metropolitan area, Maple is a neighbourhood within Vaughan, Ontario.

Transportation

Maple is a very good part of Vaughan for travelling by car. It is convenient to find a parking spot, and most properties for sale are a reasonably short drive from the closest highway, such as Highway 400. In contrast, Maple is not an especially pleasant part of Vaughan for getting around by public transit. Nonetheless, there is the Maple and Rutherford with access to the Barrie. There are approximately 20 bus lines crossing the neighbourhood, and the nearest bus stop is generally around the corner. There are relatively few pedestrians out on the streets of this part of Vaughan, despite the fact that running common errands is easy without a car. On the other hand, cycling is easy in Maple.

The closest supermarket in Maple is usually only an extended trip away. Furthermore, there are a good number of opportunities for those who care about nearby restaurants and cafes. With respect to education, it is a rather short walk to access daycares and schools from most houses for sale in Maple.

Character

Maple is a very good neighbourhood to buy a house in for those who prefer a calm ambience. There are over 50 public green spaces nearby for residents to enjoy, like Routley Park and Vaughan Sports Village, and they are very well-distributed, which makes it easy to access them. Most areas in this neighbourhood are very quiet, as there are generally low levels of noise from traffic.

Housing
