Transportation

Glen Shields presents property owners with the choice between various means of transportation. This area has a good public transit infrastructure as a result of Centre / Dufferin on the orange | VIVA ORANGE, and a few nearby bus lines. Commuting by bicycle is also easy in this area because there are a fair number of bike lanes. Walking is not very popular in this area, although running daily errands is convenient. In contrast, the car is very often the best method of transportation in Glen Shields. Coming across a parking spot is easy, and it is a reasonably short drive to the closest highway, such as Highway 407, from any location in Glen Shields.
