Thorncliffe Park is also quite suitable for those who travel by foot; running daily errands is convenient by walking, and many businesses are reasonably close by. The bicycle is a rather poor mode of transportation in this part of Toronto because the bicycling infrastructure is not very well-developed, and riding a bicycle is rendered difficult by the often steep area.
