Transportation

The predominance of large apartment buildings in the housing stock of St. James Town is an important part of its character. This neighbourhood is especially good for those looking for one bedroom homes. Nearly all of the units in the neighbourhood are occupied by renters and owners occupy the remainder. This neighbourhood experienced its largest building boom between 1960 and 1980, so most of the available housing is from this era.
