Carp is a neighbourhood in Ottawa, Ontario.


The best mode of transportation in Carp is very often a car. Parking is generally easy. Walking is not very convenient for home buyers in this neighbourhood as most daily needs are very inconvenient to carry out on foot. Bicycling is also challenging in Carp because the cycling infrastructure is not very well-developed, and the terrain is not particularly flat.


There are only a very small number of primary schools in this neighbourhood and consequently they can be a very long walk away. Moreover, Carp does not have any high schools. In addition, parents and their children may find it very hard to access daycares on foot. In terms of eating, shopping for one's groceries usually necessitates the use of a vehicle in Carp.
