The neighbourhood of Sheridan Park can be found in the city of Mississauga, Ontario, which is situated in the Greater Toronto metropolitan area.


Sheridan Park is especially car friendly. Most real estate listings are a short car ride from the closest highway, such as Queen Elizabeth Way, and it is very convenient to find a place to park. However, Sheridan Park is not particularly transit friendly. Thankfully, there are a few bus lines traversing the neighbourhood, and it is straightforward to reach a nearby bus stop from most homes. Even though cycling is more feasible in certain sectors than others, this part of Mississauga is not very bicycling-friendly because the bicycling infrastructure is rather poor, and the area is not especially flat. This neighbourhood is also not very well-suited for those who travel by foot because meeting daily needs is at times challenging by walking.


Parents and their kids will welcome that no matter where their home is situated in this part of the city, both primary and secondary schools are nearby. On the other hand, daycares are not very abundant and consequently may require an extended walk to get to. Regarding eating, the closest supermarket in Sheridan Park is usually only a rather short walk away. In addition, a restaurant is commonly just around the corner, and residents benefit from a few cafes as well.


Sheridan Park offers a reasonably good selection of green spaces to enjoy. There are a few public green spaces nearby for residents to discover, including Sheridan Park, making it easy to reach them. Finally, it remains relatively calm in this part of the city, thanks to the presence of very few people out and about on the streets.


The housing stock of Sheridan Park is composed predominantly of single detached homes and townhouses. This area is primarily composed of three bedroom and four or more bedroom homes.
