Ninth Line

The neighbourhood of Ninth Line can be found in the city of Mississauga, Ontario, which is located in the Greater Toronto metropolitan area.

Transportation

Driving is usually the favoured method of transportation in Ninth Line. The city block layout is reasonably appropriate for cars, and it is especially convenient to park. In contrast, travelling by public transit is challenging in Ninth Line. Nonetheless, there are a few bus lines crossing the neighbourhood, and the closest bus stop is usually within walking distance. Cycling is challenging in Ninth Line as there are very few bike lanes, and bicycle riders are faced with a significant amount of elevation changes. Nonetheless, a few enjoyable areas for cycling exist. This part of the city is also not very suitable for walking since meeting daily needs is difficult on foot.

Services

It is a reasonably short walk to get to primary schools from any location in Ninth Line. In contrast, Ninth Line does not contain any high schools. In terms of eating, it is frequently possible for house buyers in this part of the city to do groceries by walking.

Character

There are a lot of green spaces to enjoy in Ninth Line. There are around 10 parks nearby for residents to check out and they are very well-distributed, making them easy to access. This neighbourhood is a wonderful area for those who aren't bothered by a little noise, as during busy hours, traffic can occasionally be loud.

Single detached homes and townhouses are the main housing type in Ninth Line. This part of Mississauga experienced its largest building boom after the year 2000, so most of the available properties are from this time period. This area offers mainly three bedroom and four or more bedroom homes. Roughly 90% of the population of this neighbourhood own their home and renters make up the remainder.
