This neighbourhood is moderately amenable to biking since there are a limited number of slopes, and this part of Mississauga features good bicycling infrastructure. However, the car is often the favoured method to navigate this part of Mississauga. It is easy to park, and it is a reasonably short drive to the closest highway from any home in this area.

A supermarket is generally reachable within a rather short distance from any location in Meadowvale. In addition, Meadowvale is a good place in which to go out to eat or go to a cafe. As far as education is concerned, in this neighbourhood, families will typically be able to reach daycares and schools as pedestrians.

Accessing parks in the neighbourhood, like Lisgar Fields and Trelawny Woods, is very easy since there are over 50 of them close by for residents to explore. This part of Mississauga is also very good for those who enjoy quiet surroundings, as there isn't a lot of street noise or city clamour.
