This part of the city is also suitable for those who travel by foot; many daily needs can be met without the use of a car, and various businesses are reasonably nearby. This neighbourhood is quite appropriate for cycling as there are a good number of bike lanes.


It is convenient to access both a general and a specialty grocery store on foot from any location in Hastings-Sunrise. Furthermore, there is often a restaurant or cafe just around the corner.
