Queens Park is a neighbourhood within New Westminster, British Columbia, which is situated in the Metro Vancouver metropolitan area.


Queens Park will attract house buyers that value various methods of transportation. Most homes for sale in this area are located in places that are quite suitable for those who travel by foot; many common errands can be run without the use of a car, and numerous businesses are reasonably nearby. In contrast, Queens Park is not very appropriate for bicycling since travelling by bike is made strenuous by the often steep terrain, and the bicycling network is not particularly extensive. This area benefits from a reasonably good public transit infrastructure. More specifically, there are a few bus lines passing through the neighbourhood, and bus stops are not very far from most residences. Moving around by car is also convenient in this area as it is commonly not too bothersome to park.
