Located within the Metro Vancouver metropolitan area, North Arm North is a neighbourhood within New Westminster, British Columbia.


This part of the city allows house buyers to move around using several alternative modes of transportation. Physically active property owners will enjoy the pedestrian-friendly nature of North Arm North; most day-to-day needs are easy to meet by walking. However, this neighbourhood is not very amenable to cycling since the bicycling network is fairly poor, and there is a considerable amount of hills. With a few nearby bus lines, North Arm North is reasonably transit friendly. Cars are also a very good transportation option in this part of the city. Finding a place to park is easy, and the majority of real estate listings are a short drive from the closest highway.
