The neighbourhood of Renfrew-Collingwood can be found in the city of Vancouver, British Columbia, which is situated in the Metro Vancouver metropolitan area.

Transportation

This area will attract property owners that use a diversity of methods of transportation. Renfrew-Collingwood is very transit friendly as a consequence of a multitude of nearby rapid transit stations with access to the Expo Line and Millennium Line, and approximately 20 nearby bus lines. Home buyers who appreciate being able to walk everywhere will also be pleased with the rather pedestrian-friendly character of Renfrew-Collingwood; running common errands is easy without a car, and numerous businesses are close at hand. Renfrew-Collingwood is moderately suited for bicycling because the cycling network is good.

Services

A general and a specialty grocery store is always only a very short stroll away in this part of the city. Additionally, owing to 150-odd restaurants and cafes in this neighbourhood, there is usually a spot to get a meal or a beverage just around the corner, for example along Joyce Street. It is also straightforward to access a variety of clothing stores as a pedestrian. In terms of education, in Renfrew-Collingwood, families will generally be able to get to daycares and schools by walking.

Character

No matter what type of character home buyers prefer in a neighbourhood, Renfrew-Collingwood is a fairly good option. Renfrew-Collingwood is quiet overall, as noise from the streets and other parts of the city is rarely an issue, although there are still several louder areas, especially near Trans-Canada Highway or one of the railway lines. However, it is very easy to get to parks from a large number of locations within the neighbourhood since there are over 50 of them close by for residents to enjoy.
