Old Summit Lake is very car friendly. It is very easy to park. Biking is difficult in Old Summit Lake as there are a good number of slopes, and the bicycling network is quite bad. Many of the houses for sale in this part of the city are located in places that are also not very well-suited for those who travel on foot since carrying out daily needs is practically impossible without the use of a vehicle.
