The neighbourhood of Seymour Heights can be found in the municipality of District of North Vancouver, British Columbia, which is situated in the Metro Vancouver metropolitan area.


Seymour Heights is very car friendly. Parking is easy, and the majority of homes for sale are a rather short car ride from the nearest highway. In contrast, Seymour Heights is not an especially pleasant part of District of North Vancouver for travelling by public transit. Nonetheless, homeowners are served by a few bus lines, and the closest bus stop is usually just around the corner. Commuting by bicycle is challenging in Seymour Heights because cyclists encounter quite a few elevation changes, and the bicycling infrastructure is fairly poor. This area is also not very suitable for walking since very few common errands can be run without the use of a vehicle.


Schools and daycares are very easy to get to on foot from most houses for sale in this part of District of North Vancouver. Regarding food, the closest grocery store in Seymour Heights is generally only a short walk away. Likewise, property owners won't have to go far to take advantage of the nearest cafe.


The character of Seymour Heights is exemplified by its slower-paced atmosphere. The noise levels in this part of District of North Vancouver are very low, as the streets tend to be very peaceful.
