The neighbourhood of Carisbrooke is part of the municipality of District of North Vancouver, British Columbia, which is located in the Metro Vancouver metropolitan area.

Transportation

It is convenient for pedestrians to move around in this area; many daily errands can be run on foot. However, Carisbrooke is not very appropriate for cycling as there are quite a few elevation changes, and the bicycling infrastructure is not particularly extensive. Carisbrooke is not very transit friendly. Nevertheless, there are a few bus lines crossing the neighbourhood, and bus stops are ordinarily nearby. On the other hand, cars are a very good means of transportation in Carisbrooke. It is convenient to park, and most homes for sale are a short car ride from the nearest highway.
