Simonds is a neighbourhood within City of Langley, British Columbia, which is situated in the Metro Vancouver metropolitan area.


The car is often the preferred approach to navigate Simonds. Parking is quite easy. However, getting around by transit can be challenging in Simonds by reason of the service's low frequency. Nevertheless, there are a few bus lines, and it is especially convenient to reach a nearby bus stop from most properties. Travelling by foot in this neighbourhood is not very common, despite the fact that running day-to-day errands is easy by walking. This area is also not very cycling-friendly because there is a significant amount of elevation changes, and there are few bike lanes.
