The neighbourhood of Sperling-Broadway is part of the city of Burnaby, British Columbia, which is situated in the Metro Vancouver metropolitan area.


Driving is usually the preferred means of transportation in this part of the city. It is very easy to access a parking spot. Homeowners can also rely on public transit to navigate this part of the city as a result of Lake City Way Station on the Millennium Skytrain, and a few nearby bus lines. Sperling-Broadway is not very bike-friendly since the cycling infrastructure is sometimes poor, and bicycle riders encounter a considerable amount of slopes.
