Part of the Metro Vancouver metropolitan area, Garden Village is a neighbourhood within Burnaby, British Columbia.


This area will draw homeowners that value several means of transportation. This neighbourhood features a fairly good public transit system as a consequence of a few nearby bus lines. Walking is also convenient for house buyers in this part of Burnaby; running daily errands is convenient on foot, and a good number of businesses of different types can be found as well. Moving around by bicycle is occasionally difficult in Garden Village because there is a significant amount of elevation changes. Nonetheless, there are a good number of bike lanes.


Parents and their kids will value that no matter where their home is located in this neighbourhood, daycares and schools are nearby. With respect to food, it is frequently feasible for property owners in Garden Village to shop for general and specialty groceries by walking. Moreover, this area is a good place in which to eat out.
