The neighbourhood of Eastview can be found in the city of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, which is situated in the Greater Saskatoon metropolitan area.

Transportation

This neighbourhood will appeal to home buyers who value residing in a walkable area as it is moderately suited to walking; carrying out day-to-day needs is convenient without the use of a car. It is also easy to commute by bike in Eastview because the bicycling network is fairly good, and there are a limited number of slopes. Cars are a very good transportation option in this neighbourhood. The majority of homes for sale are a short drive from the closest highway, and it is easy to access a place to park. However, Eastview is not very transit friendly. Nonetheless, house owners benefit from around 10 bus lines, and bus stops are not very far-removed from most residences.

Services

Parents and their children will value that wherever their house is located in Eastview, schools and daycares are nearby. As far as food is concerned, the nearest grocery store in this neighbourhood is typically only a reasonably short stroll away. This neighbourhood experienced its biggest building boom between 1960 and 1980, so most of the available properties are from this time period.
