The neighbourhood of Macdonald Farm is part of the city of Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue, Quebec, which is situated in the Greater Montreal metropolitan area.

Transportation

Macdonald Farm is an extraordinarily good part of Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue for moving around by car. It is very easy to access a place to park, and many real estate listings are a very short drive from the closest highway, such as Autoroute Félix-Leclerc. In contrast, Macdonald Farm is not an especially pleasant part of Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue for getting around by public transit. Nevertheless, property owners are served by a few bus lines, and most houses are very close to a bus stop. The bike is a rather poor method of transportation in Macdonald Farm as the terrain is not particularly flat, and the cycling infrastructure is quite bad. This part of Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue is also not very convenient for those who travel by foot as running daily errands is inconvenient.

Services

A vehicle is generally required in Macdonald Farm to access the nearest supermarket. With respect to education, it is a reasonably short walk to get to secondary schools from most homes for sale in this neighbourhood. However, Macdonald Farm does not have any primary schools.

Character

To be more specific, there are a few parks close by for residents to discover, which makes it very easy to get to them from the majority of locations in the neighbourhood. However, many streets have sub-par tree coverage. Finally, it is relatively calm in this neighbourhood, due to the presence of very few people out and about on the streets.
