The neighbourhood of Cedar Park Heights can be found in the city of Pointe-Claire, Quebec, which is situated in the Greater Montreal metropolitan area.


Commuting by public transit is convenient in this area thanks to Gare Cedar Park with access to the Vaudreuil-Hudson Line, and a few nearby bus lines. On the other hand, the bike is a rather limited method of transportation in this part of Pointe-Claire as there are a good number of elevation changes, and the cycling network is quite poor. Travelling by foot is not very common in Cedar Park Heights, even though many day-to-day errands can be run without having to use a car. However, this neighbourhood is an extremely convenient part of Pointe-Claire for travelling by car.
