Part of the Greater Montreal metropolitan area, Laval-Ouest is a neighbourhood within Laval, Quebec.

Transportation

This part of Laval is reasonably car friendly. It is convenient to park. On the other hand, commuting by transit can be occasionally difficult in this part of the city by reason of the service's low frequency. Nevertheless, the neighbourhood is connected by around 20 bus lines, and bus stops are not very far-removed from most houses. Walking in Laval-Ouest is not very common, despite the fact that most daily needs are easy to carry out without a vehicle. On the other hand, cycling is convenient in this part of the city as there are a limited number of hills.

Services

Daycares and primary schools are straightforward to access as a pedestrian from most houses for sale in Laval-Ouest.
