Transportation

Cars are an excellent medium of transportation in Meades Park. It is very convenient to come across a parking spot, and nearby highways, such as Autoroute Félix-Leclerc, are fairly easy to access from any location in this part of the city. However, this area is not an especially pleasant part of Kirkland for travelling by public transit. Meades Park is not especially suited for bicycling since the cycling infrastructure is rather limited. Thankfully, there are a limited number of slopes for cyclists to brave. Getting around by walking is also not very popular in this part of Kirkland, even though meeting daily needs is convenient without the use of a car.
