The neighbourhood of Saint-Romuald can be found in the city of Lévis, Quebec, which is located in the Greater Québec City metropolitan area.

Transportation

Cars are an excellent means of transportation in this part of the city. The majority of properties for sale are a reasonably short drive from the closest highway, such as Autoroute Jean-Lesage, and parking is generally easy. In contrast, Saint-Romuald is not very transit friendly. Thankfully, there are around 40 bus lines crossing the neighbourhood, and it is very convenient to find a nearby bus stop from most homes. Saint-Romuald is not very conducive to those who travel by foot as meeting daily needs is occasionally challenging without a car. However, commuting by bicycle is easy in this area.

Services

Property owners in Saint-Romuald typically have to turn to a car to do groceries in one of around 10 stores. A limited selection of restaurants is available in this part of Lévis as well. Regarding education, it is a rather short distance to access both primary and secondary schools from any location in Saint-Romuald. However, it can be very difficult to access daycares from homes for sale in this neighbourhood.

Character

Saint-Romuald is a very good neighbourhood to buy a home in for those who prefer a calm environment. This area is very quiet, as the streets tend to be very tranquil close to the railway line, Autoroute Jean-Lesage or Autoroute Robert-Cliche. Finally, it is very easy to reach parks from the majority of locations in the neighbourhood, since there are over 50 of them nearby for residents to unwind in and getting to a park is very easy from many homes for sale.
