Laurendeau is a neighbourhood within Longueuil, Quebec, which is located in the Greater Montreal metropolitan area.

Transportation

The preferred approach to navigate Laurendeau is usually driving. It is convenient to access a parking spot, and it is a short car ride to the closest highway, such as Autoroute de l'Acier, from anywhere in this neighbourhood. In contrast, the public transit service in Laurendeau is not particularly frequent. Thankfully, homeowners can depend on the Gare Longueuil-Saint-Hubert on the 13 - Mont-Saint-Hilaire. There are about 30 bus lines, and bus stops are commonly around the corner. Laurendeau is rather cycling-friendly since bicycling is made easier by the generally flat terrain. On the other hand, walking is not very common in Laurendeau, although meeting daily needs is convenient without a car.

Services

Families will welcome that wherever their home is located in Laurendeau, primary schools and daycares are close by.
