Transportation

Driving is a very good medium of transportation in this part of Montréal. Parking is generally easy. In contrast, travelling by public transit is difficult in Heritage on the Lake. Nonetheless, there are a few bus lines crossing the neighbourhood, and most homes are very close to a bus stop. It is easy to move around by bike in this part of Montréal. Many of the houses for sale in this neighbourhood are located in places that are not very suitable for those who like to travel on foot as very few daily needs can be met without a vehicle.

Services

Daycares are convenient to access as a pedestrian from most properties for sale in Heritage on the Lake. On the other hand, there are only a few high schools in this area and thus they can be an extended trip away. Additionally, Heritage on the Lake does not contain any primary schools. In terms of food, a vehicle is generally needed in this area to access the closest grocery store.

Character

The character of Heritage on the Lake is exemplified by its slower-paced ambience. The greenery in this area is not especially prominent; to be more precise, residents will find that there are relatively few tree-lined streets.
