More specifically, it is convenient to find a nearby rapid transit station, including University Of Waterloo Station and Research & Technology Station with access to the 301 | Ion, from most houses in the neighbourhood. It is also easy for pedestrians to move around in this part of Waterloo; running common errands is convenient on foot.
