No matter the medium of transportation, it is very simple to travel in West Bend. Thanks to 2 rapid transit stations (Keele Station and Dundas West Station) on the Bloor - Danforth Line, and approximately 10 nearby bus lines, this part of the city features a great public transit infrastructure. It is also very easy for people travelling on foot to navigate West Bend; running daily errands is very convenient by walking, and a variety of businesses are close by. West Bend is especially bicycling-friendly as the cycling infrastructure is reasonably good.


House buyers in this area will welcome that a general and a specialty grocery store is always only a very short walk away. Additionally, there is generally a restaurant or cafe just around the corner, for example along Dundas Street. A decent choice of clothing stores can also be found within a rather short walking distance. Concerning education, in this neighbourhood, parents and their kids will typically be able to access schools and daycares on foot.
