Part of the Greater Toronto Area metropolitan area, Sunnyside is a neighbourhood within Toronto, Ontario.


This neighbourhood will draw home buyers that appreciate a diversity of means of transportation. It is easy for people travelling on foot to move around in this area; running daily errands is easy by walking, and various businesses are nearby. Cycling is also very easy in Sunnyside since there are a large number of bike lanes. Owing to a few nearby bus lines, this neighbourhood has a great public transit system. This part of the city is also a very good part of Toronto for travelling by car. Many houses for sale are a very short drive from the nearest highway, such as F G Gardiner Expressway, and it is easy to find a place to park.


It is a reasonably short walk to access schools and daycares from any location in this area. In terms of food, it is typically an option for house buyers in Sunnyside to buy general and specialty groceries by walking.
