High Park

Located in the Greater Toronto Area metropolitan area, High Park is a neighbourhood within Toronto, Ontario.

Transportation

No matter the means of transportation, it is very easy to move around in this area. High Park has great public transit access thanks to many nearby rapid transit stations on the Line 2 (Bloor - Danforth), and around 20 nearby bus lines. Many of the homes for sale in this neighbourhood are located in places that are also very conducive to people who prefer to get around on foot; most daily needs are very easy to meet without the need to get in a vehicle, and various businesses are moderately close at hand. This part of Toronto will appeal to physically active house buyers since it is very suitable for biking. In particular, there is generally a bike-share station nearby, the topography is mostly flat, and High Park features good bicycling infrastructure.

It is very easy to access both a general and a specialty grocery store without a car from anywhere in High Park.
