This part of the city will please homeowners that appreciate several means of transportation. High Park North is a very convenient part of Toronto for pedestrians; many daily needs are very easy to carry out by walking, and a good number of businesses of different types can be found as well. It is also easy to commute by bike in this area as the bicycling infrastructure is fairly good. The great public transit access makes transit a viable option for many people thanks to 3 rapid transit stations (Keele Station, Runnymede Station and High Park Station) on the Bloor - Danforth Line, and approximately 10 nearby bus lines. Cars are also a reasonably good transportation option in this neighbourhood since most real estate listings are a rather short drive from the nearest highway.
