East Danforth is a neighbourhood within Toronto, Ontario, which is situated in the Greater Toronto Area metropolitan area.


East Danforth permits homeowners to travel by a diversity of methods of transportation. With 3 rapid transit stations (Coxwell Station, Woodbine Station and Main Street Station) on the Bloor - Danforth Line, and about 20 nearby bus lines, the public transit network in this neighbourhood is especially convenient. This part of Toronto will also attract active house buyers because it is very suitable for walking; running daily errands is easy, and numerous businesses are quite close by. Cycling is easy in East Danforth since the cycling network is reasonably well-developed.


A general and a specialty grocery store is always only a short walk away in East Danforth. Likewise, this area is a fairly good place in which to go out to eat or go to a cafe.
